Features
Built for high-volume dry-feed broadcasting where space and access still matter, the AeroSpreader S500 combines a 500 kg marine-aluminum hopper with a direct-drive Aerite blower and an application-matched choice of broadcast, controls, mobility, and feed-reach equipment.
500 kg Marine-Aluminum Hopper
A 500 kg (1,100 lb) marine-aluminum hopper provides substantial on-unit feed capacity in the compact S500 platform.
Direct-Drive Aerite Blower
The selected Aerite centrifugal blower is directly driven by the engine, avoiding belt and pulley adjustments. AB135 and AB150 packages are available in the current template.
Configured feed path
The eductor and broadcast outlet must match the selected blower and delivery arrangement. Both 4-inch and 5-inch choices exist in the current template.
Lined Stainless Broadcast Hose
The all-stainless broadcast hose uses a smooth internal liner to guide pellets through the feed path while supporting demanding aquaculture service.
Marine-Ready Construction
Marine-grade aluminum, galvanized steel, and stainless-steel hardware are used throughout the S500 for corrosion-conscious operation around freshwater and marine sites.
Manual 360° Periscope Option
When selected, the manual Periscope Feed Head gives the operator full 360-degree directional control over where feed is placed.
Automatic Oscillating Periscope Head Option
The optional oscillating Periscope Feed Head sweeps the discharge automatically for repeatable coverage without continuous manual aiming.
Remote Cable Controls Option
Optional stainless remote cable controls let the operator manage feeding from a practical viewing position on a truck, trailer, vessel, or work platform.
Mobile Three-Wheel Option
The mobile configuration adds pneumatic tires, a rear steering pivot with T-bar handle, and a brake for maneuvering the S500 around the farm.
Trailer and Feed-Reach Options
Optional towing and feed-extension equipment can adapt the S500 for movement between sites or extend the supported discharge path beyond the mounting platform.
