AeroSpreader S80
The AeroSpreader S80 is a compact, self-contained pneumatic broadcaster for dry aquaculture feed pellets. Its UV-stabilized polyethylene hopper and lid provide a nominal 80 kg feed capacity on a marine-aluminum frame. A 4 hp pull-start engine directly drives the Aerite AB120 blower. Separate manual blower-speed and feed-gate controls, together with a 3-inch lined stainless-steel handheld hose, let the operator adjust feed delivery and placement. Pneumatic tires and a feed bag shelf support practical feeding rounds. Feed performance, loading, transport and installation must suit the intended pellets and operating platform. Accessories are supplied separately as specified in the order.

Features
A compact, self-contained pneumatic broadcaster for operator-directed aquaculture feeding. The current S80 combines an 80 kg nominal hopper, direct-drive AB120 blower, 4 hp pull-start engine and manual controls.
Gentle pneumatic feed transport
The eductor introduces dry feed pellets into the blower airflow for delivery through the broadcast hose. The feed path is designed to reduce pellet damage; actual results depend on pellet quality, airflow and hose arrangement.
80 kg hopper and marine-aluminum frame
A UV-stabilized polyethylene hopper and lid sit on a marine-aluminum frame. Nominal feed capacity is 80 kg, with usable mass dependent on feed bulk density.
Direct-drive AB120 blower
The Aerite AB120 centrifugal blower is driven directly by the 4 hp pull-start engine, eliminating drive-belt and pulley adjustments.
Independent manual controls
Separate front-mounted levers control blower speed through the engine throttle and feed delivery through the hopper slide gate.
Handheld lined stainless-steel hose
A 3-inch flexible stainless-steel broadcast hose with a smooth inner liner lets the operator direct feed placement while limiting internal drag.
Adjustable control-lever resistance
A control knob adjusts lever resistance to suit the operator, as described in the S80 operations manual.
Feed bag shelf
The feed bag shelf provides a convenient resting place for a feed bag while it is opened for hopper loading. Close the feed gate before refilling.
Compact mobile platform
The compact frame and pneumatic tires support movement around suitable farm walkways and feeding positions. Transport and placement must suit the loaded weight and available platform.
Self-contained engine power
The gasoline-powered engine and blower allow operation without an external electrical supply. The specified Honda engine includes low-oil protection.
Separate feeding accessories
A 3-inch extension tube, 3-inch gull wing and support bracket are listed separately in the current S80 product notes. Accessory compatibility and supply are confirmed with the order; they are not standard inclusions.
Specifications
Specifications below describe the current S80 offering. Capacity is nominal, and feed performance depends on the pellets and operating conditions. Confirm transport dimensions and weights for the supplied build.
80 kg (approximately 176 lb) of feed. The S80 operations manual specifies a 120-litre hopper; usable feed mass depends on pellet bulk density and loading level.
One current sellable configuration: AB120 blower, 4 hp pull-start engine, manual metering, simple controls and a 3-inch stainless-steel handheld flex hose.
4 hp gasoline engine with manual pull-start. The S80 operations manual identifies the Honda GX120 with low-oil shut-off; follow the supplied engine manual for service requirements.
Aerite AB120 direct-drive centrifugal blower with a cast aluminum impeller.
3 inches (76.2 mm), with a handheld stainless-steel flexible hose and smooth inner liner.
Dry aquaculture feed pellets. Confirm the intended pellet grade, size, density and condition for the application before specifying throughput or throw distance.
The IAS S80 specification sheet reports a maximum of 16 kg/min (approximately 35 lb/min) with 9 mm pellets. This is a published reference, not a guaranteed rate for every feed; confirm suitability and performance with the intended pellets.
Feed-gate opening and blower speed control delivery. Pellet size, shape, density, wind and hose or extension arrangement affect rate and distance. Confirm the required coverage for the intended application.
UV-stabilized polyethylene hopper and lid; marine-aluminum frame; stainless-steel broadcast hose; galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless-steel hardware.
Confirm overall dimensions, empty and fully loaded weight, loading access and platform capacity for the supplied build before arranging transport or installation.
Benefits
Designed to make regular feeding rounds easier to control, with handheld feed placement, straightforward manual adjustment and a direct-drive blower that simplifies routine servicing.
Operator-directed feed placement
Aim the handheld hose and adjust delivery to suit the feeding area and observed fish activity, helping distribute feed beyond a single concentrated drop point.
Flexible site positioning
The compact mobile layout supports use at suitable small-site feeding locations and narrow walkways, with the transport and operating platform selected for the supplied machine.
Less repetitive hand broadcasting
Pneumatic delivery reduces the need to repeatedly throw feed by hand during feeding rounds. Hopper loading and safe handling still need to be planned.
Simpler routine servicing
Direct drive removes belt tensioning and pulley adjustment from the maintenance routine. Engine servicing, mount inspections and regular cleaning remain necessary.
Responsive manual feeding
Separate speed and feed-gate controls let one operator adjust feed delivery as feeding conditions change.
Pellet-conscious handling
The eductor feed path and lined hose are designed to support gentle conveying and limit pellet damage when airflow is suited to the feed.
Convenient setup and refilling
Self-contained power and the feed bag shelf support practical setup and refilling at suitable farm locations.
